What I built
Built a modular Make.com automation architecture where prospect data is pulled from Google Sheets, processed through variable mapping and HTTP API calls to dialer systems, and written back with call outcomes. Created separate scenario layers per client sub-account (10+ environments) including CRM updates in GoHighLevel, calendar booking automation, Facebook lead ingestion, Webflow sync, and timezone-aware scheduling using PST formatting logic.
Enabled scalable cold-calling operations across multiple client organizations with automated CRM synchronization and reporting.
