What I built
Built the complete back-office automation system for Gem Hunters, a crypto trading community with paid memberships and an affiliate program. Architected Airtable as the operational system of record with dedicated subscription and affiliate bases, interface dashboards tracking 700+ sales, ETH revenue, member activity, and referral performance. Implemented Airtable scripting for payment tracking, refund workflows, renewal reminders, and operational automation. Designed Make.com and Zapier workflows to automate the full member lifecycle: Discord new member events → Airtable synchronization → GoHighLevel CRM updates → quiz and contract approval through SignWell → Discord role provisioning → FirstPromoter affiliate account creation. Integrated Google Forms and JotForm application flows to create a fully automated membership onboarding and referral management system.
