What I built
Designed an n8n workflow that processes Vapi voice agent calls and uses an AI Agent node (OpenAI + MCP tools) to extract structured outputs such as intent, sentiment, qualification status, objections, and follow-up actions. Implemented routing logic via switch nodes to categorize outcomes and update Airtable CRM records in real time with enriched lead data and scheduled follow-ups.
Turned unstructured voice conversations into structured, actionable CRM data with zero manual entry.
