What I built
Built a Vapi-powered AI voice agent ('Riley') that manages real-estate conversations end-to-end, including property inquiries, lead qualification, appointment scheduling, and call transfers. Implemented custom Vapi tools that trigger Make.com scenarios for live GoHighLevel calendar availability checks, CRM appointment creation, Google Sheets logging, and automated call summaries.
